Texas State Rowing Championships

Update for 2021 regatta: This will only be open for junior crews, which will race out of White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas.

The Texas State Rowing Championships, a USRowing registered regatta, is a two day event open to Junior crews from across the state of Texas.

Junior Crews

Texas State Rowing Championships is the principal regatta in a series of events that determine the best high school rowers in Texas. Following this regatta, qualified Juniors move on to compete at the Central District Youth Rowing Championship, where Junior teams compete for a chance to race at the USRowing Youth National Championships. All entries in junior events must be crews from the state of Texas. Entries in masters events may be from any state – but junior Championship titles will only be awarded to Texas crews.

Junior Race Location

The Texas State Rowing Championships for Junior crews are located at White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas, which will allow Juniors to race a 2K course prior to Regionals and Nationals.

Historic Information

Up until 2019, this 1,000 meter event featured a seven-lane, fully-buoyed race course on Lady Bird Lake and took place at Festival Beach Park.  Check out more information,  including results and team points from past years below:
