Sculling Clinics: no additional fee
Clinics are geared to small groups of scullers looking to improve their technique in narrower hulls. This is also an excellent time to get “checked out” by a coach to row a single on your own. A typical session includes 6-10 rowers in singles. Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am-noon. Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-10:00am.
Rowing Skills Boot Camp +$65/camp
This 6 session camp will provide participants, ranging from new ITR graduates to advanced rowers, a chance to further expand their knowledge of equipment, technique, safety and navigation. Rowers will focus on developing their sculling (two-oar) skills, while receiving direct feedback from coaches on the water and in the classroom. Schedule posted here.
Master’s Home +$15/month
For all ARC members from Club Crews to single rowers, that wish to improve their skills and share in the camaraderie of rowing with other members of all skill levels and experience – this is your home. Benefit from scheduled “group” coaching hours and a club-wide accessible training program that is designed to boost skill levels, improve fitness and bring members together. . Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 5:30AM-7:30AM. Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm-8:30pm. Sunday 7-9am
Master’s Racing +$25/month
ARC members and privately coached rowers will have the opportunity to engage in competitive practices that are structured and designed to improve skill and fitness levels to achieve racing success. On the water practices will also be accompanied by land workouts that all Racing members will have access to. Schedule: Tuesday 5:45AM-7:15AM, Wednesday 6:30pm-8:30pm. Saturday and Sunday 7:30AM-9:15AM.
