The upper level of the Boathouse offers 1,900 square feet of both indoor and outdoor rental space. The lower, lake level, offers a spacious 2,700 square feet of outdoor space which includes the flagstone patio and Congress lawn.

Yes! One of the perks of our location is that the Waller Creek Boathouse is within easy walking distance of many hotels including the Four Seasons, The Line, and JW Marriott.

There is no public parking at Waller Creek Boathouse.  We recommend the Austin Convention Center garage located at  201 E 2nd St. Entrances from Brazos and San Jacinto. Look here for more parking options nearby. 

Caterers and vendors can unload in the driveway up to the stop sign, but must relocate to a permanent parking area once unloading is complete. Delivery and pick up times must be coordinated with Austin Rowing Club staff at least 30 days before the event, and clients are responsible for informing their vendors of these arrangements. Typically, rental items should arrive 2-3 hours prior to the event start time, so please work with your vendor to set an appropriate delivery window. Note that there will be no staff available to accept unscheduled deliveries or pickups.

The Waller Creek Boathouse does not own any audio/visual equipment. We are happy to connect you with our preffered vendors for the coordination of equipment.
