Why Choose Rowing?

Rowing offers a full-body workout that enhances cardiovascular health, builds strength, and improves flexibility. It is also a low impact sport so we have members from the ages of 12 to 90 years old. Many of our members have been rowing for decades and still love the sport. At Austin Rowing Club, you’ll enjoy the camaraderie of a supportive community and the serene beauty of Lady Bird Lake.
